Integrated massage or integrative massage therapy is a type of massage that combines techniques from different modalities. My personal practice includes a blend of Swedish massage and Thai Massage. I also have training in geriatric and pre-natal massage. The goal of integrated massage therapy is to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses the specific needs and goals of the individual.
